Service Description

All new clients must book a consultation before scheduling their first appointment. This is a virtual consultation via email to evaluate the client's hair and the hairstyle desired. Booking a style before a consultation could result in undesired fees. A form to collect information is attached to this booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee equaling 25% of the service. No shows are subject to a fee equaling 50% of the service.
